Fees
Fees are payable on the day of consultation. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Insurances:
The Practice is recognised by a wide number of internal insurance policies but not UK based insurers. Where the patient’s fees will be met by a recognised private medical insurance; it is the patient’s responsibility to secure a refund under the terms of their insurance or a preauthorisation code for direct cover for their appointment at Pixie and Sera.
Patients are advised to carefully check the terms of their insurance and verify with their insurer if their treatment will be covered. In all circumstances patients are responsible for the payment of their treatment.

Pathology fees for the analysis of any tests, swabs, or other samples are not included in the cost of consultation. Prices are available on request at the Practice. The costs of these tests vary depending on what is being tested. Patients are advised to ask the doctor at the time of consultation as to the likely cost of any tests being performed.
